Most photographs are originals owned by members of the Society or relatives. Some images are from photographs which are over 50 years old and hence any copyright will have expired.

Text has been provided by members of the Society on an individual basis and does not necessarily represent the views of the Society or all members.

Navigation around this site should be easy to understand: the current page and pages at the same level along with the parent and home pages can be found on the left of each page; child pages for the current page can be found at the bottom of each page.

This site is best viewed using any version of Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE) in Full Screen mode with a screen resolution set to 1024 by 768 pixels or 800 by 600. 600 by 480 should also work. Viewing the site through Netscape Communicator shouldn't show any differences to IE except some Java functions may not work.

Please do not rely on regular correspondence from the web master to emails as they are not checked on a regular basis due to time contraints.
